Shipping costs due to returns due to non-conformity will be borne directly by the customer.
Refunds are only available for customers who have purchased directly from SOVEREIGN, and are not available for customers who have purchased from designated physical stores or a third party.

The refund will be made within the next 2-3 business days from the date SOVEREIGN receives the product for inspection.

2-Notify: RETURN FOR ... EXPLAIN THE REASON.
3-Send a photo of the purchase invoice with which you purchased your product.
4-Send the product with all its accessories via Vimenpaq/Vimenca.
5-Proceed to notify and send the shipping receipt via WhatsApp to SOVEREIGN.
6-Wait patiently for SOVEREIGN's response and the next steps to follow.
