1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Once the return is authorized, please pack the item securely and include the original proof of purchase.
Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.

3. Changes

If you need to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please contact us at sovereignco18@gmail.com for assistance. Exchanges will only be processed if the item is in original condition and in its original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as "final sale"

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sovereignco18@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending you a replacement item or issuing a refund.
